Both articles were written by Teresa Watanabe. The first article Mark and Vince discuss is that UC’s break a record for the most California students that have been admitted but they intentionally have cutback on the number of of out of state students. Mark and Vince talk about why the UC’s are talking less out of state students; is this a good or bad thing? This article was written on August 10th, 2022
